The Technical Diagnostic Review is a standalone professional service intended to:

- define repair scope where possible
Payment for a diagnostic review does not include repair implementation unless explicitly agreed separately.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
WordPress environments vary significantly depending on:

- plugin conflicts
- third-party services
- server configuration
- custom code
- prior modifications
- malware or compromise state
- infrastructure limitations
Because of this, no guarantee is made regarding:
- full recovery
- uptime
- performance improvement
- compatibility
- revenue impact
- security outcomes
- uninterrupted service
Recommendations and repair efforts are made in good faith based on available information and access.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- maintaining ownership of accounts and systems
- maintaining independent backups unless otherwise agreed
- providing accurate information
- maintaining valid licenses where required
- reviewing and approving proposed work
- testing functionality after repair completion
Clients should not assume emergency recovery or long-term monitoring is included unless explicitly stated.
Access Requirements
Technical work may require access to:

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect access information are outside operational responsibility.
Emergency Requests

Maintenance Services

- prevention of third-party failures
- prevention of hosting outages
Higher-risk environments may require custom operational arrangements.
Limitation of Liability

- hosting outages
- third-party failures

- indirect or consequential damages
- actions taken by hosting providers or external vendors
Clients remain responsible for final operational decisions regarding their systems.
Refusal of Service
Minsifir reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue work where:
- access is unsafe or incomplete
- systems appear malicious or unlawful
- expectations are unreasonable
- communication becomes abusive
- operational risk exceeds manageable scope
